Get ready for a super magical 2025 Christmas Mini experience!
This year, things are getting an exciting update as the sessions will be running from my new studio in St Albans, Hertfordshire!
To make the most of the space, I’m changing things up a little. I’ll be focusing on one beautiful fully styled setup along with two digital backdrops to add incredible variety to your gallery.
The sessions themselves are shorter — 20 minutes — but you’ll get to select your favourites right then and there! This means each booked slot is 50 minutes long, ensuring we get the perfect shots and you leave knowing exactly what you’ve chosen.
I am running more slots this year as
these sessions book up super fast, but an early booking is still advisable.

ABOUT YOUR SESSION
In our 20 minute session, we will create some fun and seasonal photographs, perfect for Christmas cards, gifts or just to capture memories.
One Fully Styled Christmas Scenes – either ‘Winter Forest’ or ‘Santa’s Shop’. Please ensure you choose the correct dates for your preferred backdrop.
Two Sweet and Unique Digital Backdrops – ‘Winter Forest’ or ‘Santa’s Christmas Shop’.
A viewing and selecting appointment immediately after your shoot!
Mince pies, cookies and hot chocolate to enjoy during your viewing session!
Your selected images will be sent to you via a secure online gallery approximately 7 to 10 days after your session. Sessions are priced at £25 and images can be purchased separately.

Please note
These Christmas Mini Sessions are ideally suited to children over 4 months old. For health and safety purposes, babies younger will need to be supported or held by a parent.
Immediate family includes children from the same household (and parents). Cousins should book consecutive appointments and request an overlap.
Terms & Conditions and Image Usage
* Taking photos on a smart phone or personal camera is not permitted.
* £25 booking fee per immediate family ; to be paid using the online payment system. Your session time and date is not secured until payment has been made .
* Only 1 family per booking (max family of 5 – 2 adults, 3 children). If you have a larger family, please book 2 consecutive sessions back to back.
* These sessions are ideally suited to children over 4 months old. For health and safety purposes, babies younger than 3 months old will need to be supported or held by a parent.
These terms outline our policies regarding creative control, image usage rights, data privacy, and copyright.
1. Artistic License & Session Coverage
Creative Control: Annie Griggs Photography retains artistic license regarding the number of photos taken and the poses captured. While we strive to meet your requests, the photographer’s judgment on these matters is final.
Session Interruption: We are not responsible for delays or unfulfilled requests due to non-availability or non-compliance of subjects (including children). The photographer reserves the right to stop the session if the environment becomes unsafe or if the shoot is severely disrupted by non-compliant subjects.
Minors: For subjects under the age of 18, a Parent or Guardian must be present and maintain visual contact with the minor at all times.
2. Image Use, Copyright, and Licensing
Copyright: Under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, Copyright remains with Annie Griggs Photography at all times.
Personal Use License: All final prints and digital image files provided to you are granted a license for personal use only.
Prohibited Use: Images cannot be sold, submitted to contests, or reproduced (e.g., edited, cropped, or filtered) without our prior written consent. A breach of this license is considered a serious copyright infringement.
Note: By receiving the images, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this license.
Photographer’s Promotional Use: Annie Griggs Photography reserves the right to use the photographs to promote our services. This includes use in our business portfolio, on social media, in the studio, and in marketing or advertising materials. No personal client information will ever be displayed alongside these images.
3. Data Privacy
Data Use: Data collected is used internally by Annie Griggs Photography solely to provide our services and products to you and for internal business analysis.
Security: All data is securely stored and handled in accordance with GDPR laws.

Client Agreement
I have read and understand the above Terms & Conditions. I warrant that I am over 18 years old and have the necessary authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of any other person (including any child/children) accompanying me to the session.
