I’m excited to help you create lasting Christmas memories with a magical photo session experience that is fun for all and captured in beautiful professionally edited photographs.

Christmas Mini Photo Sessions
ABOUT YOUR SESSION
In our 30 minute session, we will create some fun and seasonal photographs, perfect for Christmas cards, gifts or just to capture memories.
2 Christmas scenes – ‘Winter Forest’ and ‘Santa’s Christmas Shop’.
A Letter to Santa template will be emailed to you for your little ones to fill out. During the session I will capture the excitement of them posting their letter via my magical North Pole Express letter box! To extend the joy and magic, you will later receive a photo from Santa’s Elves confirming that your child(ren) is on the Nice List!
As a little thank you for booking your session, you’ll receive a complimentary photo. Choose between my charming ‘Santa’s Snow Globe or the Festive Bauble setup.
All your children will receive a goodie bag, express delivery from the North Pole!
You can view and purchase your images via a secure online gallery available approximately 7 to 10 days after your session.
Sessions are priced at £35 and images can be purchased separately starting from £50.

Saturday 9th November – 11 spaces available
Sunday 10th November – 9 spaces available
Monday 13th November – 7 spaces available.

1x Image Download and a complimentary digital image – £50
3x Images Downloads and a complimentary digital image – £115
5x Images Downloads and a complimentary digital image – £165
If you would like more than 5 images, additional images are priced at £32 each.
Please note
These Christmas Mini Sessions are ideally suited to children over 4 months old. For health and safety purposes, babies younger will need to be supported or held by a parent.
Immediate family includes children from the same household (and parents). Cousins should book consecutive appointments and request an overlap.
£35 booking fee per immediate family*; to be paid using the online payment system. Your session time and date is not secured until payment has been made.
Viewing and purchasing of images or gift items can be done via a secure online gallery available approximately 7 to 10 days after your session. Image collections start from £50. Full details on the website.

LICENSE & COVERAGE
Annie Griggs Photography has artistic license in relation to the poses photographed, although every effort will be made to comply with the Clients’ requirements, the Photographers’ judgement regarding poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct and not subject to dispute.
Whilst the Annie Griggs Photography shall endeavour to fulfil your ’ requirements, she cannot be held responsible for non-availability of subjects, non-compliance of subjects or adverse conditions which may delay the progress of proceedings. The Photographer has the right to stop the photoshoot if they feel the shoot has become too distributed by non-compliant subjects, or unsafe in anyway.
USE & DISPLAY OF IMAGES
All prints and image files provided to the Client by Annie Griggs Photography are licensed for personal use only, and cannot be sold or reproduced without written consent. Annie Griggs Photography reserves the right to use the photography to promote the services of Annie Griggs Photography. This includes the business’s portfolio, through social media and in the studio, on advertising or marketing material. No personal information of any kind will be displayed alongside the images.
PRIVACY POLICY
Data collected will be used by Annie Griggs Photography to enable them to provide their services and products to you. The Photographer may internally analyse data for business and forecast purposes. MINORS
For subjects under the age of 18 at least one Parent or Guardian must be present at all times, and the Parent or Guardian must maintain a visual contact with the minor.
LICENCE AGREEMENT
Images supplied by a photographer are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and other legislation, and a breach of copyright law is a SERIOUS OFFENCE. By receiving the below images supplied by your Photographer, you acknowledge your acceptance of the terms of this Licence and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
