Daddy & Me Mini Photo Session Gift Voucher

The Daddy & Me Gift Voucher includes:
- Pre-shoot consultation
- 30 minute photo session either on a light or dark background.
- An ordering and selecting session.
- 3 digital images, additional digital images can be purchased for £45 each.
- £50 off any frames or wall art over 20 inches.
Voucher T&Cs: Limited to one Dad. For a multi generational shoot additional time is needed. Voucher to be redeemed within 6 months. This limited time offer expires on the 20/06/2021.

£135 to be paid using the online payment system which will be attached to your invoice.

This Daddy and Me Mini Photo Session Gift Voucher includes an ordering and selecting session, 3 digital images and £50 to use towards any frame or wall art over 20 inches. This cannot be exchanged for cash or used against further digital images, additional digitals can be purchased at £45 each.
Where payment is to be made by a third party, the Parties acknowledge that they shall remain responsible for any balance outstanding in respect of the Contract.
LICENSE & COVERAGE
Annie Griggs Photography has artistic license in relation to the poses photographed, although every effort will be made to comply with the Clients’ requirements, the Photographers’ judgement regarding poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct and not subject to dispute.
Whilst the Annie Griggs Photography shall endeavour to fulfil your ’ requirements, she cannot be held responsible for non-availability of subjects, non-compliance of subjects or adverse conditions which may delay the progress of proceedings. The Photographer has the right to stop the photoshoot if they feel the shoot has become too distributed by non-compliant subjects, or unsafe in anyway.
USE & DISPLAY OF IMAGES
All prints and image files provided to the Client by Annie Griggs Photography are licensed for personal use only, and cannot be sold or reproduced without written consent. Annie Griggs Photography reserves the right to use the photography to promote the services of Annie Griggs Photography. This includes the business’s portfolio, through social media and in the studio, on advertising or marketing material. No personal information of any kind will be displayed alongside the images.
PRIVACY POLICY
Data collected will be used by Annie Griggs Photography to enable them to provide their services and products to you. The Photographer may internally analyse data for business and forecast purposes. Copyright and Design Act 1988 and remain the copyright of Annie Griggs Photography at all times.
MINORS
For subjects under the age of 18 at least one Parent or Guardian must be present at all times, and the Parent or Guardian must maintain a visual contact with the minor.
LICENCE AGREEMENT
Images supplied by a photographer are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and other legislation, and a breach of copyright law is a SERIOUS OFFENCE. By receiving the below images supplied by your Photographer, you acknowledge your acceptance of the terms of this Licence and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. I have read and understand the above Terms & Conditions and and hereby warrant that I am over 18 years old and have necessary authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of any other person who has responsibility for anyone accompanying me including any child/children.
